You may cancel for any reason within 14-days from the date you sign up. You will not be charged an early termination fee. Instead, you will be refunded the cost of membership, and your purchase history will be adjusted to reflect retail cost of any procedures or member benefits received. Your card on-file will be charged or credited the difference. Please submit cancellation request in writing.
For example, if you signed up for the Silver Tier Membership and received a B-complex injection as well as a dermaplane with peel, the combined retail cost is $155 less the cost of membership $145 = $10. Your card on-file will be charged the difference of $10 for the procedures you received. $95 membership fee + $50 sign-up=$145 Retail Costs: $35 B-injection+$120 Dermaplane = $155

Yes! However, a change in membership level is considered a new sign-up. Therefore, any applicable sign-up fee is required and the 6-month minimum term resets with the new membership level. Applicable sign-up fee applies.
Unable to use your membership? Cancellations must be made in writing, prior to the end of the month you wish to cancel. Please contact us at info@auraboulder.com. We are unable to accommodate requests made over the phone In the event you cancel on the 1st of the month, you will be charged for the month, and you have access to your membership benefits through the end of the month. The card on file will be charged an early termination fee for memberships terminated prior to the 6- month minimum: Silver $199, Gold $299, Platinum $399. The termination fee will be placed on your account for future purchases. No gifting, transferring or roll-over of treatments.
